How long will delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all products across India.
Where do you ship within India?
We deliver across India to valid residential or commercial addresses. Please ensure your address details are complete and accurate at checkout.
Do you ship outside India?
At present, we ship within India only.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Delivery to PO Box addresses is not supported.
Will my order be tracked?
Yes. All orders are shipped with tracking. Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. If eligible, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Can I return a product?
Due to the nature of wellness and consumable products:

Returns are accepted only if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

Proof of purchase is required

If the return is initiated by the customer for reasons such as change of mind or ordering the wrong product, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping will be covered by us.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the returned product is received and approved, refunds are processed via Cashfree.
Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method.
Order Changes
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Order modifications may be requested within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
